Chatorex provides an AI-powered customer support chat widget that businesses can embed on their websites. The Service includes a dashboard for managing knowledge base content, widget customization, and conversation history.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating AI responses). We do not use your data to train AI models.
The Service uses AI to generate responses based on your knowledge base content. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing the quality of responses provided to your customers.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
