Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every paid plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You can explore all features and cancel anytime before the trial ends.
What happens when I exceed my message limit?
When you reach your monthly message limit, the chatbot will stop responding to new conversations until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan or purchase the Extra 5,000 Messages add-on at any time to avoid interruptions.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "message"?
A message is a single response from the chatbot to a visitor. Visitor messages (questions) do not count toward your limit. Only the AI-generated replies are counted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! You can save 40% by switching to annual billing. Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle on the pricing cards above to see the discounted rates. Annual plans are billed once per year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. Your chatbot will continue working until the end of your current billing period.
What is the difference between pages and messages?
Pages refer to the number of content pages (URLs, documents, text entries) you can add to your chatbot's knowledge base. Messages refer to the number of AI responses your chatbot can send to visitors each month.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Yes! We offer special pricing for registered nonprofits and early-stage startups. Contact us at support@chatorex.com with details about your organization and we'll set you up with a discounted plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you cancel, your chatbot will stop responding at the end of your billing period. Your data (knowledge base, conversation history) is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
