Refund Policy

At Chatorex, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines how refunds are handled for our subscription plans.

1. Free Trial

Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.

If you decide Chatorex is not right for you during the trial, simply do not subscribe. You will not be charged anything.

2. Pro-Rated Refunds (Within 14 Days)

If you subscribe to a paid plan and request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your billing period. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of remaining days in your billing cycle.

3. Refunds After 14 Days

Refunds are not available after 14 days from your payment date. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Chatorex dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

When you cancel, your chatbot and all features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your chatbot will stop responding to new conversations. Your data (knowledge base, conversation history, leads) will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.

6. Annual Plans

For annual plans, the same 14-day refund policy applies from the date of payment. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time but will not receive a refund for the remaining months. Your plan will stay active until the end of the annual billing period.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity. If your account was terminated due to a terms violation, no refund will be issued.
